Wiygul Automotive Clinic is proud to offer the ever-adapting General tires. The company was founded in 1915 in Akron, Ohio. They started out producing tire repair materials before an emphasis on tire manufacturing. General Tires celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2015. They are an industry leader known for introducing new styles and technologies. The General Tires brand is known for adapting to the continuous change of needs by producing tires for almost every driving condition. In addition to the tires they create for automobiles, they also manufacture tires for crossovers, sports utility vehicles and light trucks.
General Tires also has a racing team, called Team GT (General Tire). They participate in short course and desert off-road racing. Their slogan is “Anywhere is Possible.” The company visits light truck lifestyle events to grow and promote the General Grabber line of on- and off-road light truck tires. Team GT personally tests the Grabber line tires through a variety of tests under extreme (and exciting) conditions.
