The Wiygul family was inspired to launch the Neighbors In Need program in March 2020, when COVID-19 caused a sudden financial strain for many of their customers and the community at large throughout the Metro DC area.
Each member of the Wiygul family strongly believes that the DC metro area community has played an important role in the success and growth of their family business. We understand that with so many people losing their jobs or dealing with new financial restrictions during this unforeseen pandemic, paying for vehicle maintenance could be next to impossible and is likely to put a significant strain on an already tough situation.
If you and/or anyone you know has a vehicle in need of an important maintenance or repair that you currently can’t afford due to conditions created by the pandemic, our family wants to help. Whether we need to offer a discount or perform the service for free*, our entire team wants to ensure your vehicle is safe and reliable.
If you could benefit from some assistance, simply call one of our 8 Wiygul Automotive Clinic locations by dialing 866.702.8050 and ask to have a conversation about our Neighbors In Need program.
Additionally, we are also grateful to FM105.9 WMAL for recognizing our Neighbors In Need program and the Wiygul family’s efforts to help their neighbors during these unpredictable times.
*Wiygul family members reserve the right and have sole discretion in approving any and all requests for reduced and free service. This program is limited to residents of DC, MD and VA who live within 5-miles of any of our operating stores.

Cornerstones is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that promotes self-sufficiency by providing support and advocacy for those in need of food, shelter, affordable housing, quality childcare, and other human services.
Chris Burr, manager of our Reston location, organized a food drive to support this organization because he recognized that in the wake of the pandemic, unemployment soared and many Reston residents were visiting food banks for the first time.

Movember is an annual event that takes place during the month of November and is dedicated to raising awareness for men's health issues, including mental health and prostate cancer. In 2023, customers and employees from all eight of our locations actively participated by taking fun mustache selfies and posting them on their social media platforms. For every selfie shared, customers not only received a discount on their service but also contributed to our collective effort to raise $1,000 for the Movember Foundation.
